BASIS Baton Rouge Primary Mid City is part of the BASIS Charter School Network which opened its first school in 1998 and currently operates 35 schools in Arizona, Louisiana, Texas and Washington DC. Academics are the cornerstone of the BASIS Charter School Curriculum, and as a result our schools are consistently ranked in the Best High Schools list by U.S. News & World Report. In fact, ten of our schools are ranked in the top 20 Best Charter High Schools for 2022.
